In the voice liberation workshop, we create a safe and respectful environment in which everyone can be themselves. Voice liberation is free from judgement and pressure to perform; it simply provides space to explore your voice and let it sound as it does at that moment. This can be liberating and sometimes release emotional blockages, which has a healing effect and brings peace to your mind and body. Your voice expresses who you are, what is going on inside you, and what makes you unique. You don't have to be a professional speaker or singer to participate: the point is to reconnect with yourself and with the group. Voice liberation is not a fixed method or technique. You let go of what you “should” or “must” do and follow your feelings completely. In a guided session, I offer the tools, gentle exercises, and a safe environment to give voice to what is inside you, through sounds that want to come out spontaneously. The result? Deep relaxation, connectedness, and the feeling that you can be completely yourself. Who is it for? Voice liberation can be particularly valuable for anyone who: - often experiences stress, insecurity, fear of failure, or overstimulation - is highly sensitive and seeks more peace - enjoys singing, speaking, making music, or meditating - wants to get more freedom and pleasure from their voice - is looking for a playful and healing way of self-expression Practical information Duration: 3 hours (including a short break) Group size: 5 to 15 people Price per workshop: €300 Included: - 3-hour workshop - Setting up and dismantling the equipment Not included: - Mileage allowance (€0.417/km, round trip) - Preparation time: €50 per workshop (one-off fee for contracts of 3 sessions or more) I allow approximately half an hour for setup on site (to prepare the instruments and adjust them to the space/acoustics).
